A successful sale

Having put a total of four submissions to other real estate agents including their sales experience, commissions , style of promoting and customer feedback for our particular unit in it's present condition compared to other units offered for sale and the price being asked we decided to choose David Stringer agency . The first meeting with David was relaxed , informative , truthful and were advised how the best way to present our unit to achieve maximum sale price , inspections were held once a week and we were given truthful and helpful feedback that helped us choose the correct offer in minimal time for our situation . We were in a hard place whether to spend minimal money to lure potential buyers offering a higher price and quicker sale , we also knew that the unit was in a great location surrounded by all the coastal beauty and not forgetting that the sister unit next door was renovated a few years ago and had recently sold for a premium price
