Above and beyond

Buying off the plan during covid and then the floods made for a protracted and challenging build. However, David and his team maintained outstanding communications with me throughout, keeping me well informed on the progress of the build. David even assisted with temporary accommodation while I waited, going above and beyond his role to be helpful. Always very professional, quick to return calls with immediate follow up to ensure everything was fine after moving in.
