Purchased property sold by Manan for Vendor

We bought a property recently that Manan at DK was selling on behalf of the Vendor. He was very responsive and straight up. The process was relatively smooth with a short settlement agreed. Whilst, Manan was representing the Vendor he made sure that ourselves as purchasers were kept up to date on how things were progressing. He organised pre-settlement inspection at a time convenient to us and was punctual as well. The settlement itself had some issues (outside of Manan's control), but Vendor - Sales agency relationship and Sales agency's influence / assertiveness on the Vendor could have improved the settlement glitches (such as Vendor disagreeing to fix a critical fault, which dampened the mood a little bit). Overall - we would very much recommend Manan and his agency to others.
