Our house was passed in at auction, which was not as devastating to us as it might have been - because Ashley had kept us well informed of the dramatic drop in auction successes at that time and had a contingency plan well prepared for us to continue with till our eventual sale. He always had our best interests at heart when negotiating with prospective buyers and was quick to dismiss bargain hunters that did not, or would not make a realistic offer.
