After a somewhat surprising Auction success of a property in Newport Nik has been very helpful and professional in assisting me towards a short settlement in conjunction with an earlier sale. All changes to the contract were duly noted, leasing with the vendor's Power of Attorney to ensure vacant possession was achieved. During the final inspection being thorough with the multitude of keys to fit the locks and garage remotes. On Settlement day promptly arriving to open up as the removalists began to unload, ensuring that a great positive experience was achieved.
