Shane signed us up with an estimated sale vale above our expectation, and had a verbal offer within an hour ! That offer became a written offer after the Section 32 was sent to the Conveyancer of the buyer. All went smoothly, including the requested Buyers Advocate and Pest Inspection (as it was an interstate buyer). The settlement time was at our request, and we are thrilled with Shane and his team’s communication and professionalism. The sale could not have gone any better!
