Friendly, accomodating and professional

Shane sold my son his first home 10 years ago. I was impressed with Shane's character - he was friendly, down to earth and honest. My son recently sold his house and he went through Donovan's Real Estate as he recalled how great Shane was to work with. Shane sold his house within a week of it being listed. He didnt mince words and was honest about the potential conditions of sale. My father recently passed and I contacted Shane to discuss selling his house. Shane was sympathetic and flexible to the legalities around wills/probate. He was honest and gave realistic pricing that I may be able to sell the house for. He has been very supportive and accomodating, particularly when requiring access as the house is currently vacant. I would highly recommend Shane and his team to anyone considering buying or selling their property. He has a fantatsic work ethic but his honesty is his best asset.
