Our brand has been designed for the residents and investors of our own neighbourhood. In 2017 Directors Mike Dougherty and Chris Dougherty saw the opportunity to strengthen our company which has been operating for 128 years by moving away from the national franchise methodology and establishing an independent brand focusing solely on the Clarence Valley. This locally tailored agency is centred around giving our clients the best service throughout the Clarence Valley. At Dougherty Property we employ 25 local staff all experts in their fields.
