Had my doubts initially.

There was some questionable decisions made by Peter to sell my house three days before Christmas on a weekday and 7.30 pm auction time. This was an unconventional process that he was confident and to convince me to go ahead with his plan. The results blew my price expectations out the water at auction time out and the house sold with a huge turn out of people. This alone prior auction raised my confidence that this was gonna be a good one.
