We found Daryl very helpful in what needed doing to make the Property presented well to enable us to get the maximum amount for our sale. Our Sale Price way exceeded our expectations. Daryl was always accessible if we had any questions. Even now he has assisted us with pointing us in the direction for rental while we are looking for our next purchase and has offered his time if we are interested in an auction property to attend and advise how to approach it.
