Neil Ross, the Sales Manager of Dowling Real Estate, Medowie, has today completed the sale of our investment residential property in Medowie. Neil and his people with whom we have had contact have all conducted their association with us in a very professional, competent, knowledgeable and friendly manner. We bought our first property in Medowie, an investment home, in 1996 through Dowling Medowie. The business was then under previous management, and we were satisfied enough with their service to purchase through them our current residence, in 1998. Dowling Medowie has also acted as our managing agent and again we have found them to be to our full satisfaction. I must record that some three years ago, on a Friday afternoon, I fell from the roof of our home whilst replacing broken tiles and incurred a serious and ongoing spinal injury. It was realised quite late in the afternoon that the house roof had been left open to the weather and, not knowing who to contact for assistance to close up the roof at that late time on a Friday evening, my wife Joan contacted Neil from the hospital. Within 15 minutes, he had arranged for the replacement of the missing tiles. I remain very grateful indeed for this very prompt action on Neil’s part. It was far beyond the duty one would expect of an agent for a customer, and he will be hard pressed to live it down.
