I engaged Kylie as my property manager for my property in Claremont. I was looking for someone who knew the area, had deep experience in property management, and could provide care and consideration to the property, given I don't live in Hobart. She's been on top of any issues I've had. She has on the ground connections to reliable tradies and repairmen for issues.
