Excellent and friendly service built on years of experience

I engaged Kylie as my property manager for my property in Claremont. I was looking for someone who knew the area, had deep experience in property management, and could provide care and consideration to the property, given I don't live in Hobart. She's been on top of any issues I've had. She has on the ground connections to reliable tradies and repairmen for issues. She has a great sense for market dynamics, which helped get my property rented for more than what I anticipated. She's super friendly and open to answering all my questions.
