Fast leasing and professional team

My experience with Downton Property has been generally positive. Kelly and her team are professional, knowledgeable, and prompt in their communication. They were able to lease my property within just one day, which was impressive. Their property inspection was thorough and well-documented, showing strong attention to detail. That said, there are a couple of areas for improvement. It would be helpful if they could follow up more promptly on usage bills. Additionally, I encountered an issue where a tenant signed the lease but did not move in or pay rent beyond the initial two-week deposit. Unfortunately, I was unable to claim the unpaid rent, and I am still waiting for a resolution on that. I hope the team can be stronger advocates for landlords to secure the rent and deposits as per lease agreement moving forward.
