We knew from the outset that our property would be managed to achieve the best tenants.

Our existing tenants had to leave suddenly & move interstate due to a family illness. Our agent acted quickly to minimise the potential time that the property maybe vacant. They secured multiple applications, with a hard choice to accept one. They also suggested to increase the rent & managed to organise a fresh coat of paint on the internal walls, during the three days that the property was vacant. We were advised every step of the way & were thrilled that they could manage tenants moving out on a Sunday & the new ones moving in on Wednesday! They have served this area for more than 40 years to my knowledge and their management skills & advice are second to none. We are more than happy that they manage our investment property with such professionalism.
