Honest and hardworking. Excellent communication skills.

This review comes on behalf of my wife and me. My wife bought a house from Stephen 10 years ago, sold an apartment for us 4 years ago, and ver recently sold the same house we bought from him, for us. Needless to say we will go back to Stephen for all future similar dealings also. Stephen has somehow managed to exceed our hopes both times when selling. Acknowledging that the market does its own thing, we honestly believe it comes down to how hard he worked for us as the vendors, his ability to build rapport quickly with potential purchasers, and my favourite is how he is considerate in the way he aligned our vision for the sale with his expertise on what strategy he thought would work best. He's hard working, and communicates really well. Even when the news he brings may not be what you want to hear necessarily, he'll always have a positive spin and an action plan for how to best proceed for consideration.
