Local Knowledge

Chris and the team at Drakos really know their local market. As you can see from the number of sales Chris has made in the area. This really came in handy later in the process, as Chris and team even knew specific local bidders' personalities. Apart from local market knowledge I chose Chris over other local agents due to quick and thoughtful reply to my short initial request for his interest in representing me.
