Kellie was recommended to us by another agent. She contacted the same day the agent referred us and was out to our property within 24 hours. She is friendly, insightful and very helpful. We were overseas at the time of inspections of our investment property and she worked collaboratively with our house sitter. We had a few rounds of inspections with a helpful summary of each applicant afterwards. Being overseas this helped us get a feel for each applicant and allowed us to make a joint decision on our tenant. She shared our goal of a personal experience with the tenant and has been integral in forming a good relationship with them. All formal paper work was prepared efficiently and accurately. All communication is swift and helpful. We’ve saved this review until a few months in so it was most accurate; and honestly our impression of Kellie has only improved. We’re so glad we chose her to manage our property.
