Exceptional Quality - NOTHING is too much bother - EXCELLENT

Kellie has been a great asset to us after some exceptional circumstances. Kellie has handled issues as they have arisen with professionalism, speed and a can do attitude. We have been very impressed at the speed and quality of tenant selection for our property. Kellie did an outstanding job of an incoming inspection report before the unit was re tenanted and highlighted issues that I was unaware of. A previous agent had missed some damage from tenant neglect and sub standard exit cleaning and paint and patch repairs ( where the exiting tenant was granted almost all of their bond ) Kellie is a great communicator, keen eye for detail and understands the needs of the tenant and the owner.
