•Susan was incredibly effective and efficient in handling the sale of our property, whilst remaining personable, honest, and kind to us and our prospective purchasers. Our property was listed very quickly, looked incredible, had dozens of groups through the viewings, received multiple compelling offers and was sold in less than a week, for a price that exceeded our expectations. Susan can take a lot of credit for that result and suffice to say we are thrilled with the service that Susan provided. We can highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent. Here are a few ways that Susan excelled and impressed us: (1) Susan was engaged at relatively short notice and with a tight timeline to help us fund the purchase of another property. This was no trouble at all for Susan, who gave us a clear plan to get the property listed asap and with a compelling presentation for prospective buyers. Once listed, Susan didn't hesitate to add additional viewings to accommodate (genuine) prospective buyers who couldn't make the scheduled viewings - including one instance of a FaceTime call to someone that was prepared to make an offer sight unseen. (2) Susan provided regular and detailed updates, and was very responsive to our queries. We were never kept wondering about what's next or how the sale was going. We had complete confidence that it was being well handled. We also really appreciated Susan's approach of having conversations with the prospective buyers (and in some cases their broker) to get a genuine sense of the potential advantages or pitfalls of different offers - it gave us comfort and reassurance. (3) Susan consistently provided clear and pragmatic advice throughout the process. This included avoiding some marketing expenses that whilst 'nice' weren't necessarily needed, with the money saved going to other more useful pre-sale expenses.
