A friendly, personable and proactive Agent

We first met Amee Kirkpatrick when we were exploring the possibility of purchasing a property in Mittagong. At the beginning of our property search, while visiting Mittagong, we contacted her about a number of properties in Renwick and found her very helpful and proactive. As we lived in Melbourne at that time and had decided to relocate to the Southern Highlands we engaged a Buyers Agent after our first visit to the Southern Highlands to assist in our property search and to broaden our perspective of the market and overcome the distance issue in terms of identifying and inspecting potentially suitable properties. During the process Amee worked cooperatively with our Buyer's Agent. We had a shortlist of properties from our Buyer's Agent which we inspected on the 6th and 7th of April and one of these was 10 Garran Avenue, Renwick for which DuncanHill was the Agent. Me met Amee again at the inspection of this property. We found Amee both friendly and helpful during the negotiation and contract phases in relation to the purchase of 10 Garran Avenue, Renwick. The Settlement on this property took place on 15 June 2017 and as we were still in Melbourne at the time Amee arranged, coordinated and attended the pre-settlement final inspection with our Buyer's Agent. We moved into our new home on 23 June and are delighted with it and since then Amee has phoned us a number of times to check on how we have been settling in and we have appreciated this very much. An added bonus given to us by DuncanHill Property was a "Welcome to the "Highlands" function held at "Ludo" in Bowral on the evening of 27 June - it was a wonderful opportunity for us to meet other newcomers to the Highlands and particularly Renwick and also to meet all of the members of the DuncanHill team.
