No pressure,always encouraging, positive and professional

Carsten did not treat our property as if it was a standard box ticking exercise. When he first saw it he said “don’t change a thing,” even though our home did not meet popular market expectations in some areas. Carsten’s quiet confidence encouraged us while his integrity, feel for the real estate market, pleasant manner and genuine enthusiasm sold our property in a desperately slow market for our segment. We hasten to add, when Carsten was away overseas, Sarah stepped in and did a magnificent job, she was a delight to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and we are certain her pleasant manner, presentation and professionalism contributed substantially to the sale of the property. All while she was feeling unwell!
