13 Years of Property Management and Recent Sale

I engaged Dunham Realty to manage my investment property in 2012. Chris and Ash have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They have always chosen great tenants and sorted out all maintenance/strata issues on the property over the 13 years. I never felt the need to go anywhere else. Chris recently sold the property for a great price and the sale went through seamlessly. He is always professional and knows the market well. I am sad to say goodbye to these lovely people.
