Respectful, honest and professional service was provided.

Barbara, Ian and their team were very approachable in all aspects of selling our property. Barbara worked extremely hard and with us in order to sell our property in what can be described as a very fickle market ( house in original condition and in need of minimal improvements ). Barbara also did not berate us when we requested a drastic price decrease in order to improve interest in our property. After an extremely slow start amount finally received was extremely acceptable to us. Decision to go with a small independent Real Eastate company was beneficial. Barbara also went above and beyond what was expected in assisting in clearance of the property.
