Scott Dytor and Team

My name is Peter Coan, I am Power of Attorney and nephew of Barb And Mike Farrell. Since the death of my uncle and ill health of my Aunty, I have been very fortunate to have been assisted by Scott Dytor in the selling of their house in Robina, Queensland. I am not a resident of the area and was pleased have Scott represent our family in the negotiations and practicalities. Scott did a remarkable job in finally selling the house after several contracts collapsed due to unusual problems with the property. Scott's happy optimism and gentle persistence were very evident, not to mention his fine negotiating skills with the final sale and indeed his previous efforts with other possible buyers. His knowledge of the market, local history and local handymen was accurate and very helpful. My family members and I are also indebted to Scott ( and his wife Donna) for their personal help and heart shown to my aunt and uncle over time. Scott's thoroughness of contact, electronically and personal, was meticulous and timely, and with the assistance of his very able and cheerful offsider, Melinda, the paperwork was done most efficiently. As mentioned, the sale was problematical, but I was very glad of Scott's professionalism and personable tenacity and would highly recommend him for great results! Thanks heaps Scott and Melinda!! From Barbara Farrell and Peter Coan, 13 Dec 2017.
