Stressless selling

I had a rural property that was becoming too much for one to handle and reluctantly decided to sell. I like to keep business in the local area and saw a number of sold signs around from Edes Real Estate at Bullahdelah. I rang Jan and she and Brian came out one Saturday and spent several hours assessing the property. That was followed up by advertising including drone technology as a result of which I had a number of interested purchasers, one of with whom she negotiated a satisfactory price.
