Professionally managed sale of a rural property.
We selected Jan as our agent as we knew the business had been in the area for many years (we bought the property through Ede's) and that Jan herself had long experience of Bulahdelah and surrounding areas. She listened to how we wanted to proceed, and especially understood that we were not in a hurry to sell, and willing to wait to get a good price. The sale took several months. Jan patiently kept us informed, generally on a weekly basis, reported on inspections and passed on offers and other information. She has been easy to contact all through the process. She also handled some wrinkles in finalising the contract very professionally. We have now sold the property for a very good price consistent with Jan's original estimate, and we're very pleased.
