Totally professional in all areas of preparing, presenting and selling the property. Great outcome.

Living interstate, it was always going to be a challenge to get the property ready for sale. Luanne took on this responsibility with both enthusiasm and dedication. Nothing was too small or for that matter too large to undertake. There were a several challenges along the way, but again I had complete trust and confidence in Luanne's ability to 'step up to the plate' and I was always kept in the loop with respect to progress and decisions made. Great communication. In the end the property was put on the market in a timely manner followed by a quick sale. I cannot be any happier with the result.
