Once I spoke to Steve I knew he was the guy-authentic, personable and knowledgeable about the market. Steve and his colleague Lilli took control of the whole process and I never needed to worry. This was my first ever sale of a property and my initial trepidation fell away after Steve took control. Steve was efficient and had the right contacts to do the quick work necessary to add value to the property at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Steve.
