We had our first open inspection on a Saturday and because several potential buyers were unable to attend then, we had a second on the Tuesday evening.There were a number of interested buyers through on both occasions.By Thursday we had a number of offers and we accepted one but with conditions. A contract and settlement date was later signed. We were very impressed with Mike Lao and Corey Wilkop from Edge Realty. We found them very approachable, knowledgeable, friendly but business like ,as were the photographer Mike organised, and Natasha.
