Peace of mind, in the hands of a professional

Sam has sold two homes for me in Canberra, so when it came time to rent my apartment out, I was stoked that Sam also offered Property Management services. I knew Sam would bring the same professionalism, efficiency, streamlined processes and industry knowledge to this task, the same way he would for a sale. Sam signed up great tenants after one viewing and so far so good! I love the online portal that Sam uses, which has all the info I need for tax returns at my finger tips. The incoming condition report was very thorough, including comprehensive photos. I'm sure the first inspection report will be of the same standard. I live interstate now and am glad I can trust Sam to take care of my tenants and my property for me.
