Over many years, we have received very good service from our Property Managers at Paragon Central, and our current Manager, Julie Taylor, has not only met our expectations, but exceeded them in all cases. This last year has presented several situations requiring prompt action, great patience, accurate knowledge of procedures, and tenacity in following processes through to a satisfactory conclusion, all the while keeping us informed and up-to-date on any results. We believe that Julie has acted ethically, openly and responsibly in dealing with our concerns, and has given us the confidence to accept her advice where necessary. We also believe that she has the backing of her agency, which we hold in high regard, and hope that we can count on their combined skill and active involvement for many more years.
