Both Edward and Amanda were crucial in securing the sale of our property. From day one we felt like ours was the only property they were looking after. Both were always available to answer any of our questions and as first home sellers I'm sure we had many. The thing I liked most was their honesty and straightforward approach to selling. Everything was communicated to us easily and within hours of events occurring such as offers made or how our open for inspection went. Edward was pivotal in securing the final sale price of our property and provided us with knowledgeable advice on how to proceed. We were very happy with the final outcome and they are still available to us post sale which is comforting. Edward's knowledge of the Kensington market is second to none and this made our choice of estate agents that much easier. Edward and Amanda are very personable and easy to build a professional relationship with. They are great estate agents and I never once felt pushed into doing anything I wasn't comfortable with.
