Wonderful Service - Amazing Agent!

Buying with Arthur was a pleasure! There was a number of reasons why I would recommend him as an agent and but the key reason was transparency. Having been looking at buying a property for close to a year I found that agents are quick to suggest what they think you need (and you don't), are too pushy and hide certain parts of the property in a unethical way. Meeting Arthur for the first time in the unit I bought, he advised of the plumbing problem, assured me that it will be fixed and it was completed prior to cooling off period as promised with a report given by the plumber. This showed me that not only could I trust him to ensure this buy was successful but also his character and ethics - which in real estate is often lost. He has also answered all 5000 of my calls, requests and concerns with no hesitation with exceptional customer service that can only be acquired with experience. Working in sales myself I know all the tricks in the book! But with Arthur it was simple, painless and honestly a pleasure.
