Following the passing of my father in Bathurst we engaged Kurt to assist us with the sale of Dad’s home. We tracked Kurt down at Elders and have not been disappointed! Kurt was our “man on the ground” in Bathurst while we worked through estate issues, patiently assisting us while we went through the process of obtaining probate, etc., which took quite a while. Kurt kept an eye on the house and arrange for mowing and certain repairs to be completed on our behalf. Kurt guided us through his recommendation to auction the home, which we had not done before.
