We chose Nici after appraisals by a number of other agents. The market on Blanche Parade was saturated and a number of properties had been on the market with other agents for very excessive periods. We were aware of the downturn in the market and were prepared to work with Nici to achieve a sale which we did in a short period of time when we amended our initial price.
