Seamless, friendly, simple

It's difficult to obtain a rental during the current housing climate and my experiece hasn't been good, with most real estates I felt like a number, no return calls from messages left, sent text messages to respond rather than a phone call, I get it everyone is busy but its pathetic customer service. Not with Elders in Alstonville it was such a refreshing change to be treated like a human not a number, calls each day to checkin, email in the afternoon asking if there anything else they could do, Tahlia was wonderful a credit to your business. I can't say enough good thing to express the experience.
