Went above and beyond to facilitate a difficult sale

We purchased an investment property on the South Coast of NSW. Regrettably, and not through the agents' fault, the sale was very difficult. The vendors changed their minds several times about aspects of the purchase, including price, renting the property after settlement, and then astonishingly, attempting to withdraw the property from the market on the day we exchanged contracts. The agents also had to deal with us - we withdrew from the sale at one point because we didn't like a clause in the contract. The agents eventually helped us to have this particular clause changed. Through out the entire process the agents were honest and transparent. More than that though, they were cheerful and good natured the whole time. Nothing was too much trouble and they never lost their cool - it was like they had seen all this before - maybe they had?! Overall, I thoroughly recommend Bec and Craig. I personally would welcome the chance to do business with them again.
