Outstanding service
Sukhwinder provided us an exceptionally outstanding service. He is excellent at communicating clearly, he's also very approachable and knowledgeable. We were able to reach him easily whenever we needed something and he's very quick to act on our requests. As a first home buyer there are many things we weren't aware of/unsure about. We also encountered a few hiccups during the process. Throughout all this, Sukhwinder was very professional, patient and understanding. He went above and beyond guiding and reassuring us through the process. He made things as easy as he could for us and didn't leave us to figure it out by ourselves. Outstanding service from a highly capable team
I first came across Ranbir through my earlier dealings with Sukhi, after purchasing a property through Sukhi. Ranbir was initially involved in a supporting capacity, and that was my first impression of him. He later became the property manager for my investment property, and throughout that period he was consistently excellent to deal with. Highly responsive, very knowledgeable, and always willing to help; he provided an impeccable level of service and was always available whenever I needed him. When the time came to sell that same property, I had the opportunity to work with Ranbir as the primary agent, again in close collaboration with Sukhi. They worked seamlessly together, and it quickly became clear they operate as a very strong team. Changed my view of real estate agents - the only one I'd trust twice
Although this review is about the sale of my property, there’s an important context that shaped my experience. My first interaction with Sukhwinder (Sukhi) was actually as a buyer, long before I ever considered selling. That experience left a strong impression, especially because it’s often during the buying process that people really form their view of real estate agents—and he stood out as genuinely different. He was approachable, straightforward, knowledgeable, and never pushy. More importantly, he made the whole process feel clear and comfortable, and I remember thinking I’d happily have him represent me if I ever sold. So when it came time to sell, there was no hesitation. This is now the second time I’ve trusted him with an important property decision. Throughout the sale, he communicated clearly, knew the market well, and consistently went above and beyond.
