We were very happy with Tren, his experience, communication & real estate knowledge were outstanding. We spoke to three agents before choosing Tren at Elders. He showed interest in what we had to say and where we thought the pricing was on our property and where he thought it was and what we agreed to sell for. Tren gave us his time and worked with us to make it an enjoyable experience. Tren guided us on the potential of the housing market sales for the area. If we had chosen the other real estate agents who viewed the property we would have received a much, much lower price than we did. It was evident Tren was right on the money, literally in positioning the sale price for our property which gave us a big return.
