Left to his own devices

Selling a family home when dealing with ageing parents going into care is very stressful and emotional. Neville and I discussed pricing expectations and then I took a step back. There were no time restraints so we left Neville to his own devices. Neville achieved the price we had agreed. Unfortunately, the offer came in the day after my dad passed. This threw in a few more challenges, dealing with a sale during Probate. With Nevilles advice and guidance the buyers were able to gain early possession and settlement took place without any hiccups within a timely manner.
