Friendliest agent I've ever met

Tim handled our contract with much enthusiasm and bent over backwards and wouldn't let anything defeat him during the entire time. We had questions, if he didn't know he would find out instead of making something up like we had experienced elsewhere. Top bloke, easy to talk to. He's an open book, nothing to hide.
