Calm, Patient and Exacting - A Veritable Velvet Sledgehammer

We chose Mark and his team to handle the somewhat discreet sale of our Mums long time family home, one of the last few houses our dad built before his passing, so sentiment and nostalgia was a family issue. Sure we had choice and we were also familiar with many other agents in the market but settled with Mark on the basis of his long term market experience, knowledge, approach and importantly his calming and insightful mannerisms. It took the family many months of internal agonising to decide to sell, and whilst we weren't in a rush we knew we needed an agent to support us through the journey once the decision was made. So whilst we were slow (more than 6 months after we settled on Mark to handle the sale) getting to the starting blocks, throughout this journey Mark and his team would check in sporadically and enquire how we were travelling, no pressure, but rather a courteous reminder around fulfilling our agreed sales strategy or achieving milestones along the way to guarantee the best outcome for mum. Our chosen and agreed Market Strategy "minimising disruption" for Mum wasn't going to be easy but Mark understood this and applied his years of experience and vast network to get us the right outcome. Well done Mark and the team at Elders. Thank you, we are all extremely satisfied.
