A pleasent experience

We found Vivienne to be very genuine in the way she presented the property to us and was able to satisfy us with whatever questions we asked. She did not at any time pressure us in any way to increase our offer. She explained the vendors situation as they were looking to purchase another property nearby indicating they didn't have much room to move on their asking price. We did eventually increase our offer to which they agreed.We would highly recommend Vivienne as an honest, reliable and very capable agent.
