Be the King of your very own castle when you build. The preparation work has been done. The house pad is here. The power is here. The natives have already been planted. There’s a driveway in place.
Also, it should be noted that all images shown here, were taken from the block itself – the views are genuinely amazing, with Mount Lindesay, Mount Barney and many more, all within the 180 degree vista that will be yours when you build.
Neighbours? There are a few in the street but absolutely nobody close and you cannot be overlooked by anyone, so the prospect of having your outlook changed by a neighbours build is well beyond the scope of my imagination ! Particularly when you consider that your immediate neighbour is actually King Coolum Reserve – how good is that !
Our owners spent a lot of time (and money !) planning their dream, however life has a habit of getting in the way of even the best laid plans, so it’s now time for someone else to take this forward and actually build their own dream home.
You will find two power boxes on the block – the main one beside the entry gate and then the 2nd box, positioned beside the house and shed pad, where you would expect, ready for the build. I’m reliably informed that the NBN cabling is also there, as are a few power points for electric fencing and gates when the time is right.
The block has a mixture of high and low ground, all of which has been fully fenced and is currently home to the horses, one of which you can see in our images.
Dams ? The potential exists, but nothing substantial is currently there, hence the tanks and troughs that you can see as a stop gap measure for the horses.
The area has a very rural feel, in many respects like the land that time forgot; you can just imagine how little the local Dance Hall may have changed over the years.
So if you want to see and hear your neighbours, then this is not the block for you. Similarly if you would prefer to have a view of a timber fence, then again this may not be the one and if you want a house just like your neighbours, then there are obviously easier options.
However if you want to enjoy breathtaking views, romantic sunsets and a high level of privacy combined with the convenience of both Jimboomba and Beaudesert which are within very easy reach, then this is well worth considering. Add to this the important developments in the Beaudesert area and the ease with which you can also access both the Brisbane and Gold Coast CBDs then it really does not get any better than this. Why settle for ordinary, when you could have spectacular ?
