Great results from Steve

Steve has been more then patient with us firstly we were going to sell in 2017 then changed my mind. We put it on the market this year, It was only on the market 3 days and already had offers Steve was fair to all buyers by being honest and giving them all equal opportunity. Steve went above and beyond as we live out of town he collected keys from our tenants was at the property so could get the electricity on. Unfortunately our first buyers weren’t as organised as they claimed Steve helped guide us through the process and found us new buyers quickly. The house was sold 58,000 over asking price. Highly recommend Steve and the team from elders they definitely made it an easy sale experience.
