Easy process - First time Landlords
I really don’t know where to begin. We first contacted Ingrid in November 2024. I contacted multiple agents in the area and not one returned my call or even bothered to assist. Ingrid returned phone calls and even checked in to see if we have any questions. Build was delayed 5mths. Ingrid and Bri have been nothing but FANTASTIC to work with especially with us being in QLD and the property in WA. They have been our eyes and ears and even took possession of the house from the builder. Everything asked has always been greeted with a yes or I’ll arrange a quote and we’ll go from there. Property was rented within 3 weeks of being listed at asking price. Couldn’t recommend Ingrid, Bri and the team highly enough. Thank you Elders Mandurah.
