A supportive and honest agent

Scott was fantastic to work with throughout the whole buying process. His communication was excellent — always quick to follow up and more than happy to work around my schedule and my preference to communicate by text. He was professional but still personal, which made the whole experience feel much more comfortable, like we were dealing with someone who genuinely cared rather than just doing a job. I really appreciated his honesty during negotiations. At no point did I feel pressured, and he was incredibly patient, giving us the time we needed to think things through. When our finance approval was delayed, he kept things calm and reassured the vendor, which took a lot of stress off us. We felt supported the entire way. I would happily recommend Scott to anyone looking to buy.

A Generational Home

The moment it was decided to sell our family home of 65 years every decision was difficult. To sell a house which had been the hub of love, generosity and kindness was never going to be easy. After interviewing many agents we chose Scott. He understood the house time period and how special it was. He took the time to take us through all processes with warmth and genuine respect for our sadness at the loss of our mother. Scott made the arrangements for visual presentation and all other aspects of the sale. We greatly appreciate all Scott has done for us in very difficult time. He makes the process fairly easy. I would recommend him as an agent to sell your home.
