After contemplating for some time on whether or not we would list our home ourselves online, we met with some agents and discussed the current market and strategies to sell. After meeting Colin Morrow, I knew right away that he was the agent for us. He was easy to talk to but mostly had a good strategy to sell the house, and I had faith that he would get the best price- and boy did he deliver. We were not short of our fair share of hurdles- listing our house at the start of the Omicron peak, we had concerns it might not sell as people were not venturing far from home, leaving the buyer market small. Despite this, Cole brought us an offer well over any expectation after opening weekend. The buyers we had were extremely difficult and changed the offer they presented many times, leaving us very nervous it would fall through.
