From the very start, Jacob showed professionalism and subject matter expertise for our area and target market. He went above and beyond in informing us frequently about the progress of our advertising, marketing and listing outcomes. His communication skills are particularly noteworthy given we live interstate from the property. Jacob also demonstrated the ability to provide accurate and timely advice on the sale of our property, which he recommended we do via auction. Due to Jacob's hard work and knowledge, this resulted in a great turnout of potential buyers, which paid off in a sale on the day that met our expectations. This was a great result - particularly given the market feedback prior to auction was quite a bit lower than what we were expecting.
