Flexable Agent

Jacob was great in at the start helping us complete the renovations with some contacts he had. He was also co-operative with the inspection process and let the neighbors know when he was having inspections. I feel Jacob was unaware of how much our house was worth and persuaded us to sell at auction. This meant he was unable to give us realistic figures on the value of our property. After the auction and completion of the contract Jacob was quick to leave and became difficult to communicate with over the settlment period. He was not clear with several things that had to be done before seftlement and put myself in a challenging position by requesting more to be done so close to the settlement date. Unfortunately after starting so well I feel as if Jacob took advantage of us as this was our first house sale. I was left unsure of his honesty as some things over the course of working with him I feel were not standard practice and unnecessary.
